Come to Yachats for the 96th Annual Holiday Bazaar. There will be freshly baked goods, handcrafted items, and so much more! Located at the Yachats Ladies Club.

 

December 2nd, 2023 at 5:30 – 6:30 PM — Yachats Holiday Tree Lighting

Join the locals at the Yachats Village Center as they celebrate the holiday season with the annual tree lighting!

 

December 8th, 7 – 8:30 PM — Yachats Ladies Club Concert & Reception

Join the Yachats Ladies Club for beautiful music and delicious cookies, featuring Sweet Adelines!

 

Florence

December 2nd, 2023 at 3 – 7 PM — Florence Christmas Tree Lighting

Join the locals at the Siuslaw River Bridge Interpretive Site as they celebrate the holiday season with the annual tree lighting. Then meander down to Florence’s Old Town for some more holiday cheer—and you might just encounter Santa and his elves!

 

December 2nd and 3rd, 2023 at 11 AM – 5 PM — Florence Holiday Arts Festival

Come meet local artists as you shop their unique works of art and fine craftsmanship, located at the Florence Events Center.

December 7th, 2023 at 12 PM — Heceta Lighthouse Christmas Brunch

Florence March 22, 2025 from 11 AM to 1 PM – Siuslaw Rock Art Show & Free Rock Painting Event Experience the creativity of local rock artists at the Siuslaw Public Library’s Glass Case Gallery starting March 1, 2025! Artists of all ages can submit up to three palm-sized painted rocks for this unique exhibition—drop-off deadline is March 1 (9–11 AM). To celebrate, join a Free Rock Painting Event on March 22 (11 AM–1 PM) in the Bromley Room, hosted by Siuslaw Area Rock Artists & BeauxArts Fine Art Materials—supplies provided! Do you love food and hospitality? Heceta Lighthouse Bed and Breakfast is seeking a B&B Assistant with culinary skills to join our small team of happy professionals. This is a diverse position that entails housekeeping, cooking and serving the 7 Course Breakfast, and hosting the wine and cheese social. A mature and responsible candidate must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Typical work hours vary within 730am and 6pm. Compensation starts at $16/hr, plus tips, paid sick time, Oregon Saves, Unique Inns discount, employee discount at Heceta Lighthouse Gift shop, and many more perks!
