Chef Michelle Korgan, will guide you through the creation of a vibrant and delicious brunch menu, showcasing the freshest local ingredients that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. From locally sourced and foraged delights, artisan cheeses, and sustainably harvested seafood, you'll discover the bounty of our region.

This isn't just about watching and learning; it's about savoring each course! Our chef will expertly demonstrate key cooking techniques, offering valuable insights and tips that you can easily replicate in your own kitchen. Do you love food and hospitality? Heceta Lighthouse Bed and Breakfast is seeking a B&B Assistant with culinary skills to join our small team of happy professionals. This is a diverse position that entails housekeeping, cooking and serving the 7 Course Breakfast, and hosting the wine and cheese social. A mature and responsible candidate must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Typical work hours vary within 730am and 6pm. Compensation starts at $16/hr, plus tips, paid sick time, Oregon Saves, Unique Inns discount, employee discount at Heceta Lighthouse Gift shop, and many more perks!
