Healthy, Fresh, Good Eats!

There are so many reasons to visit the Oregon Coast: the amazing panoramic vistas, agate hunting, clamming, and walking/running/playing on our long sandy beaches. We’d like to suggest adding our weekly farmers markets in Newport, Waldport and Yachats to your list of must-do coastal activities. These markets are perfect places to stock up on fresh locally grown produce for your Oregon coast getaway or to find that special hand-crafted gift from local artisans. Next time you’re on the Oregon coast, explore and enjoy nature’s bounty at our summer farmers’ markets!

Florence March 22, 2025 from 11 AM to 1 PM – Siuslaw Rock Art Show & Free Rock Painting Event Experience the creativity of local rock artists at the Siuslaw Public Library’s Glass Case Gallery starting March 1, 2025! Artists of all ages can submit up to three palm-sized painted rocks for this unique exhibition—drop-off deadline is March 1 (9–11 AM).
