This is a captivating exploration into the ancient roots of the state of Oregon, led by Matthew Packwood, director of the Oregon Origins Project and composer of the evening's featured composition. Join Packwood and a string quartet for a performance of Oregon Origins: Seven Wonders, a musical journey through Oregon’s wild places — from Steens Mountain to the Oregon Dunes, and many stops in between.

Bring your special loved ones to Heceta Head for a 7 Course Brunch on Valentine's Day. Open to the public and hosted in the Keeper’s Home at Heceta Head Lighthouse, this 2 hour event is a unique opportunity to be up close and personal with the history and beauty of the original Lightkeepers’ Home. The seasonal ingredients are sourced from local farms, docks, and ranches to make a surprising and indulgent meal unlike any other. Served at communal tables and treated like friends and family, we invite you and your children 10 years of age and older to share in our love of food.

February 19th at 10 AM - 2 PM — Saint Perpetua Trail Party at the Cape Perpetua Overlook

Join fellow hikers for tread maintenance (using grubbers, digging tools, and shovels) on the bottom half of the beautiful Saint Perpetua trail. The group will meet at the bottom of the Cape Perpetua Day Use Area and hike about .5 mile to the first worksite. This is a switchback trail with some steep grades in areas. You should plan to participate in this trail party for its entirety. For safety reasons, please do not arrive late or expect to be able to leave early.
